      Pros

      Great Benefits with no expectations for the company to have financial issues. Company is global with locations in many countries. They have expanded to include many areas of expertise.

      Cons

      Salary may not be what is expected. Hiring managers seems difficult at times. Large turnover at some locations. Sometimes the company puts the cart before the horse

Regarding your concerns, Stericycle has been a company characterized by exponential growth and expansion since its beginnings in the late 80's. We understand that our growth, especially as we integrate new companies, sometimes presents challenges for our Team Members, but those challenges are growth opportunities for everyone.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
