First year was great, chill, low stress, decent wage...

As soon as they "upgraded" their internal systems, literally nobody in leadership knew how to proceed in going forward with how absolutely poor they prepared for it and launching it extremely prematurely. I don't entirely blame front line leadership because that is the resourced they're given... the Captain of the ship, CEO, is the one who should go down with the ship. As of August 2021 to today, the system is still trash and constantly breaking. CEO either have no money to fix those issues due to lack of funds or just don't care and letting it burn down as they focus on the real money maker, stericycle. Not shredit... If I were them I would just sell off shredit to someone else, or file chapter 11 to restructure. That is my suggestion to the CEO. Cause I know, and they know, they had millions upon millions of dollars lost due to the poor launch and they just either hoping customer don't leave or don't care if customers leave.

The diversity of employees...thats it.

Cons

Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
