      Pros

      I think that the employees at Stericycle really love their jobs. When there is a need everyone really goes above and beyond to meet deadlines all while enjoying what they do and who they work with.

      Cons

      Keeping up with the changes can be complicated but the task does enhance our skills with problem solving and only adds to our capacity for other positions in the future

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
