      Bad Company - Sales Stericycle Employee Review

      Pros

      The people are great. Everyone works very hard. Decent benefits (had much better) but time off and holidays are not nearly as good as I have had with other companies.

      Cons

      The company and its sr. management will lie to you and the customers. They screw you on commission and tell you to lie to customers about their invoices. They create bogus charges and change for overweight containers that are not even close to being overweight.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Strict metrics & Low pay.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
