Insurance benefits won't cover anything Management all about numbers not employees Management lies about advancing in company Clicky in certain areas Try to cover up the violations Work longer hours on short notice Take your vacation days even if you have doctor excuse Think buying you pizza is the way to reward employees for their hard work

The diversity of employees...thats it.

Cons

Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
