      Pros

      Good company concept. Environmentally conscious company.

      Cons

      Not a good company to work for. To many Issues; No congruency between departments, vey bad commission/bonus structure, no consistency with commission payouts, poor leadership, no continuing education or career advancement structure. Overall company culture is very unpleasant and lacks diversity in sales/upper level positions.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Strict metrics & Low pay.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
