      They give you all the tools needed to be successful.Good benifits Good hours. A fun place to work.i liked going to work for 14 plus years

      Cons

      Some management has no accountability If they want to kick you to the curb they will at a moments notice I was promoted I had all great review so have no job and they gave me no answers and I could say not do anything about it.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
