      Pros

      The local people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Had to train in with a training booklet. It wasnt designed well and had nothing to do with the actual job. I most likely will leave this company because of this book. It gives me an idea that the company doesn't understand what we actually do. The book makes me feel like the company wants to pass blame to employees for mistakes or injuries. The company also switched to some new system that is absolutely terrible. Causes a lot of extra work and hurts the majority of our customers.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
