      Pros

      Minimum Supervision, Meeting New People, Offer Decent Benefits, Room for Advancement in Certain Divisions of the Company, Working with Customers to see smiles and know that you helped and/or made someone's day.

      Cons

      The division I work for doesn't offer good pay for what we do, and doesn't provide good and functional equipment nor proper PPE to perform our jobs. Management leaves us to figure out everything, meaning their work, and it prevents us from doing our jobs productively. The training could be improved..you're basically thrown out to the wolves to fight and survive on your own and you're blamed for what you haven't been taught or don't even know!

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Strict metrics & Low pay.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
