      Pros

      Schedule hours Continent to individual needs. Terrific supervisors, very involved with employees. Friendly, supportive, and helpful co workers. Good job if you enjoy providing customer service over the phone.

      Cons

      Poor pay, raises no more than annual 3% COLA no matter how excellent your job performance. Benefits are a joke, yearly increases in premiums and deductibles unaffordable compared to pay. Training is poor, a lot of times you just take a call with no idea what the company services are. Extremely poor technology, bad audio, slow computer programs effect delivery of customer service and job performance quotas.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Strict metrics & Low pay.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
