      Pros

      Pay.....that's about it thus far

      Nobody's safe, blame is quickly pointed at the easiest scape goat, most lower level technicians understand more about what's going on in the field with customers than management does, no straight answers for anything, employees voices are not heard, if you have a complaint good luck seeing it get past the person your filing abouts trashcan, management lies to corporate to cover themselves then in turn treats people under them like garbage....I have more but you get the point

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
