Pros

Pay. And the hours of my schedule. I have a 5 month old baby and I love that I get off @2:30 to be able to spend the rest of my days with her. It's really fast to catch on to how things work.

Cons

No real cons towards stericycle it's self. Company is actually pretty good I've only been here for about 2 months but so far it's been good to me. My supervisor is. Very nice and answers to my texts with urgency . And I appreciate that. The hospitals actual workers can be very unprofessional towards techs. luckily I have tuff skin and can brush it off.

The diversity of employees...thats it.

Cons

Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
