      Pros

      The people are great. Despite the tough and stressful days, the co workers are fun to be around. I've made some great friends though them!

      Cons

      Unreasonably high quotas, poor office moral, lack of awareness amongst C level managers and stressful conditions. The lack of trust from customers makes completing a sale tough

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
