      Pros

      Stericycle has developed a true culture and this one appreciates its employees. It doesn't matter in what part of Stericycle you work, you are a valued team member. And Stericycle wants to see you grow and an employee as long as you are working hard as an employee.

      Cons

      As primarily a service company some technology is behind but this is changing as they have a been acquiring technology. They are so open to change so this is improving.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Strict metrics & Low pay.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
