      Pros

      The job is easy and the environment is friendly, everyone is fairly easy to work with. I like my office.

      Cons

      Pay is definitely on the low end Multiple upper management changes People being laid off and/or moved Don't really listen to the employees Effective strategies not being implemented, changes aren't seeing to happen The fault always seems to be put on the wrong person Favoritism to long term employees who don't do their jobs or don't know how to do their jobs

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Strict metrics & Low pay.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
