they provide decent pay, but it's not worth it if you don't love factory work

Cons

long hours, terrible communication, little chance to move up, hard work isn't really rewarded.

You do not mention if you were working through the temp agency or for Steriite but we are very proud of the fact that a good portion of our supervisory staff have been moved up into their current positions from entry-level positions. We're sorry it wasn't for you.

Income, work consistency, ability to take ot on other shifts

Cons

Environment, if you keep up with the machines they’ll either increase the stored or add more machines to you and send a temp home. They don’t close for severe weather

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. All folks are brought in on a temporary to hire basis and have their own supervisors and trainers through an on-site temporary agency. I will forward the information you provided above. Machines can not be sped up or slowed down based on the Inspector/Packer at the job. They run on a predetermined and preset cycle. Again, thank you for the review.
