Pros

It's a pleasure to work with most of the people. Pay is ok once you become company. But you are not valued on your abilities.

Cons

Fly by the seat of their pants. Changes things every five minutes. Doesn't care for employees. If you can't work every shift you can't advance. Over work everyone. Lots of injuries. On site temp service is a indicator of how things work. Overstaffed one day understaffed the next. Handbook is extremely vague. HR is extremely sided with company only. The make rules into their favor no matter the situation. No value whatsoever and not a career opportunity. Your not paid on your abilities. You can work hard and see nothing more than the person next to you that's just there for paycheck. I could go on and on.

Income, work consistency, ability to take ot on other shifts

Cons

Environment, if you keep up with the machines they’ll either increase the stored or add more machines to you and send a temp home. They don’t close for severe weather

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. All folks are brought in on a temporary to hire basis and have their own supervisors and trainers through an on-site temporary agency. I will forward the information you provided above. Machines can not be sped up or slowed down based on the Inspector/Packer at the job. They run on a predetermined and preset cycle.
