Pros

The pay, the job is simple if you manage and have a great work ethic, the work days vs the off days are amazing

Cons

They throw things under the rug for some people, hr doesn’t really make your life easy when you need accommodation, if you’re not anything less than almost perfect than your treated like you’ve achieved nothing at the job

Income, work consistency, ability to take ot on other shifts

Cons

Environment, if you keep up with the machines they’ll either increase the stored or add more machines to you and send a temp home. They don’t close for severe weather

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. All folks are brought in on a temporary to hire basis and have their own supervisors and trainers through an on-site temporary agency. I will forward the information you provided above. Machines can not be sped up or slowed down based on the Inspector/Packer at the job. They run on a predetermined and preset cycle. Again, thank you for the review.
