Extremely disorganized company, very old and outdated computer and operational systems, members of corporate consisted of many females who were "clique-y" and never grew out of the high school mentality. If they decided they didn't like you, they would try to push you out in a sneaky way that wouldn't get the company in trouble. Low percentage of moving up or getting a raise for hard working sales associates.
