easy to move to management, easy work, easy to make friends with your coworkers
Cons
Do not give yearly raises/raises in general unless you move up to management. I worked there for almost 3 years, top seller, had 2 reviews that "never got processed" because of HO. Additionally, had to work other positions like Stock without being compensated
