      Pros

      Easy commission sales job. Your title as a manager did not define your actual job. You were excepted to be able to dable in a little of everything. Very young company with great access to corporate depending on our home store location.

      Cons

      Work life balance was not carefully thought of. Little done to commend achievements and distribute work evenly. Nepotism at it's best.
