      *the 50% off discount on all shoes *freedom to express oneself through the dress code *mall atmosphere *ability to make extra money with commission *free shoe (pick is limited) for the spring/summer and for the fall/winter

      Cons

      *not a lot of employees, so getting time off was tricky *very short breaks *must wear a Steve Madden shoe *constantly standing
