Pros

Great atmosphere (for salary employees) Not stressful; good work life balance Most managers do not micromanage I have loved my time here and do not plan on leaving anytime soon unless another opportunity shows up. It's not stressful, I love my team, and my boss is awesome. I feel supported with what I do and never have to worry about having too much dumped on my plate. It's a very positive atmosphere.

Cons

Very anti WFH Pay is lower than the industry average Benefits are way too expensive for not very good coverage No raises except for a 2% once a year. Health insurance premiums are absolutely insane for coverage that just is mediocre at best. They are doing what they can to eliminate WFH completely.
