Pros

Peers are great and hard working Some MDs and directors are really great The MD you get makes your breaks it at this bank Good pay for Baltimore Team culture Again, the junior bankers are awesome. You will like working here... if you work hard, double check your work, play a little politics, and plan on never stop learning. Benefits are decent perks are ok

Cons

Analysts are expected to burn out The bank should reward people based on merits not on what they promise to do next time The COO is a bit of a nut job Her underlings follow suit beware COO decides she has bankers working 80-110hrs/week and instead of rewarding them she wants to make to make it harder for them - she brought policy that limited company provided meals (almost no healthy options) all chain restaurants (if you want to call them restaurants)
