Pros

Employees are not micro managed by upper management Most of the employees are nice and easy to get along with

Cons

Transferring out of departments Noticably not diverse The pay is low, and raises are about 2% annually along with a 1000 to 2000 bonus around Christmas- yet the firm generates recording break revenue, but the employees aren't No training, someone tell you what to do verbally and you do it
