The employers are very hardworking, sneaks to office even-though lockdown.

Cons

Poor management, Double standard, in-transparent commission pay, low basic salary, treats people badly, forces to go out to work even though lockdown, weekend harassment, and a lot more. Totally no career progression as they prefer to hire outside amateurs instead of promote in-house staff. Tricks people in with attractive pays that would never comes true, when achieved, they would find excuses to deduct the pay, little Napoleon all around the company.
