Pros

Good pay for the work & good benefits. They give out bonuses for attendance, quality & production. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement. Stihl even has a pension plan, something rare for a private company. Employees are fully vested after 5 years.

Cons

There are approximately 3000 employees and I can’t stand being around very many people, but that’s just me.
