Pros

The organization truly lives its mission and values. Management is approachable, supportive and genuinely invested in the success and well-being of the staff. A focus on people and patients is evident in how decisions are made. Investment in things like Stillwater University and an employee referral program proves that Stillwater continues to value rentention of top talent.

Cons

New hire orientation is a work in progress but the company is aware of gaps and has the desire to make improvements.
