Pros
- The company started out with good intentions I feel, as we have the ability to set our own schedule and working from home is always a plus.
Cons
- As time goes on, more and more have been taken away from stylists. Our scheduling freedom was removed this year, which was a huge reason most people applied for this job. In other part time jobs, you can usually give shifts away or trade with others, but now you have no flexibility and are expected to work max hours every week.
- Stylists have not been given a raise in years and instead are capped after you work here for so long.
- Seems like the company is heading in a direction for stylists to be taken over by AI, but we'll see!
- You are completely controlled by your metrics, which a lot of times you have no control over because of bad inventory, but will be monitored and put on corrective action + eventually fired if your metrics aren't always where the company wants them to be
