Pros
- There really were none at the time I left. They started with such a great vision and appreciation for their team members, the quality of their production and sincerity of their mission. That is not the case anymore. - The pay was good when we were able to work the hours that we hired to do but I guarantee every stylist works off the clock double time just to meet quota so it comes out to less than minimum wage.
Cons
- Don't provide that adequate resources for people to do the very thing for which they are in business...actual merchandise. -Don't care about anything other than quotas and numbers. This isn't fair to the thousands of people losing their styling fee because their boxes are filled sub par clothing. -When stylists reach out to their leads or internal resources about lack of merchandise (literally, we would have ZERO tops some days) the standard response would be "get creative" simply to push something out the door..Stylists don't want to "get creative" because the Buying and Merchandising teams won't do their jobs. They want to get creative in order to get their clients excited about.
