Prior to IPO and 3 years ago it was a decent place to be a stylist.
Cons
Measuring you on metrics while sending out company wide emails that inventory is tight, low or in need of improvement. Misleading social media. Let customers post awful and hurtful feedback about the stylist. Leads have favorites that they will constantly highlight in emails. Leads cut and paste emails which are so embarrassing. No support from leads, they openly talk about the bad inventory in Google Hangouts but when you are on a plan or they are in a google hangout with a supervisor they will not admit it. You are pretty much set up for failure.
