Hands are constantly tied Micromanaging is a real issue lack of inventory and unrealistic expectation on the stylists to get their job done right and well No job incentive. Once you hit Sr. Stylist, (a $1 increase) you cannot get a raise. Not very flexible. They tell you it will be but with their new software system and lack of inventory, you'll be dedicating way more hours than what you initially scheduled.
