Pros

There are no pros at all

Cons

Everything. They talk down to stylists in a condescending tone and ask you to embrace the companies problems with stitch fix grit instead of attempting to take any accountability. I have never felt more disrespected and unacknowledged anywhere before this. If you have any constructive feedback that directly addresses the reality of the problems wether it be inventory, management, policies, disrespect, you will be asked to be quiet or you can lose your job. They ask you to uphold stitch fix’s company values without even remotely touching those values themselves. Every lead does something different all none of the supervisors care about the stylists at all they refuse to listen or offer genuine support. If you think you are getting into a positive, flexible, creative, role that allows you to work in the fashion industry - you are not. There is only fake toxic positivity, there is no flexibility, there is no creativity, the “fashion” clothing you are essentially pushing on their clients is overpriced poor quality garbage that has been around for YEARS. Forget sharing the latest trends with any clients. If you like being a soleless robot that yes mams everything, that is walked over, that is not taken into consideration as a human, that wants to push out of style poor quality items on clients then this is the perfect position for you. If you don’t want to be cared about and do not care to have any voice at all then this is the perfect job for you. If you are a human then I highly recommend never even considering finding yourself working for this company that holds no value for the employees that work there. If you are looking for career growth, this is the worst company for you. There is zero growth opportunity even though they make it sound like growth is highly accessible and encouraged.

Pros

The people you actually work with are actually fantastic humans and brilliant engineers. They're eager to learn, collaborate, and help no matter what level they are or team they're on. You can make real friends here.

Cons

Unfortunately, the business just hasn't been as stable as it used to be. Leadership is always changing something and there isn't as much transparency about those decisions as there once was.

Pros

• I work with genuinely kind, supportive people who are always willing to jump in and help or give feedback to help me grow. • I've had the opportunity to partner with a variety of teams and build meaningful relationships across the business even from a remote setting. • Flexible work environment that allowed for a healthy work-life balance. • I've always felt trusted to manage my workload and bring new ideas to recruiting processes. • Mission-driven culture with employees who truly cared about helping clients feel confident in their personal style. • Great place to develop recruiting skills while working alongside talented and thoughtful teammates.

Cons

• Stakeholder alignment could take time when multiple teams were involved in hiring decisions. • I honestly don't have many cons to share. I can genuinely see myself working at Stitch Fix for many years to come. It's a company that truly values its people, and I'm proud to say I work here when people ask. The culture, mission, and people make it a place where I feel supported, challenged, and excited to contribute every day.
