Monotonous The efficiency targets are quite hard to achieve every week and still give a good service to customers. A lot of unpaid time off in lieu - We have no choice but to do it when we're told to which is always at short notice. Then you have to wait for them to tell you when you can take your overtime hours back. Unfortunately, they do not give it back to you promptly so you end up with a lot of hours in the bank with no idea of when you can have your time back! The stock is very 'mumsy' which makes it harder to style clients.
