Pros
Work from home, set your own hours, GREAT discount on clothes. Everyone you "work" with (since you're remote, you don't really work with anyone) is super friendly and there are events you can attend to see the clothes in person and connect with other stylists.
Cons
The hours are not as flexible as you may think. There are strict numbers you have to hit every week. Sometimes styling gets boring by yourself and when inventory is bad, you have to decide whether to wait and send a late Fix to get better items, or hit your numbers and send a dud. I felt like there a lot of pressure to hit your Fixes per hour, rather than carefully choose clothes your client will love. Also, the quality of the clothes does not represent how much Stitch Fix charges. Many of my clients complained that the quality was sub-par for what they were paying. If I didn't get the discount, I doubt I would have bought a lot of the stuff I did.
