Personal growth is not hindered by upper management. Individuals at StockX are willing to work hard to execute on company objectives.
Cons
Given the size of the team and early stage of the company, the size of the available workload is larger than the team. Team members need to be comfortable with the fact they may not have a highly redundant role like exists in larger organizations. In other words, you can't always take a vacation and tell the guy to your right to "cover you" while you're out--you might be one of the only people in the organization who is truly familiar with a system or process.
