A startup with advantages of a bigger company. -Company-wide emphasis on transparency goes a long way to keep everyone in the loop and feeling like they are part of something. -An exciting product has brought in a lot of people who are passionate about sneakers, streetwear, watches, and handbags, instead of people just looking for any job. -Everything has come a long way since the early days of the company; processes, HR, culture, communication, etc. have all improved in the past year. -Ideas are welcomed from all areas of the business

-Things can be a little chaotic at times as a result of the rapid growth; definitely not the job for someone who hates change.
