Pros
Fun work environment. Being around the big brands is fun and the business idea of a stock market for luxury goods (or street wear at luxury resale prices) is a brilliant scheme so lots of cash in the business.
Cons
So many customers are never repeat customers on the supplier or the buyer side of the business due to the fraudulent fees based business model and rampant fake product that runs through the organization. It's super fun, the model prints money, great for my resume, but scamming people all day starts to wear on you.
