The way this company exploited their employees during this pandemic has been horrific. They wouldn't let staff leave when snowstorms were dangerous and many relied on public transportation. They are slow to commuincate changes in schedule. They substituted working saturdays to working 70 hours a week . So many time there were issues with payment and refuse to give promised raises. Increased duties without pay. hard to reach longevity because they look for anything to fire you. If i would have known what i known now , I would have never accepted the position. My management has changed sveral times during the course of my tenure and the only reason i am still here because the job market is tough. There is no work life balance and we are often running on empty. Go to another company but this isn't what you want.
