Pros

-individual efforts recognized by leadership -Bonusly rewards -401k matching -employee discounts on stockx.com -mental health, PT benefits -CEO is effective at his job -high degree of technical ownership over your project -remote work option for most office employees -unlimited PTO, but more than 3 weeks needs approval from management

Cons

-24/7 on call - only US team is on call -encouraged to deploy to production fast, rather than building for quality - this often causes production issues -leadership often change the quarterly roadmap, causing chaos and stress -black friday weekend and xmas weekend, weeks leading up to it, always stressful for everyone -no office culture -not the best compensation - CEO said "don't come here if you are only interested in compensation"
