Unapproachable HR team, things change with zero communication. New features keep coming in, only to be dropped a few months later. Most of the new management do not have startup experience so the culture has become worse in the past 1 year. Hiring process is absolute chaos, same questions are asked to every candidate which is easily available all over the internet. This has resulted in some candidates being hired who are not ideal for the work we do.
