Although we do not share your sentiments about our leaders, we take all feedback seriously, especially when it relates to leadership, culture and how our team members are treated. We actively work on transparency and communication across all levels of the company and it is important to us that our team members feel heard and valued.
To address a serious claim in your review: that women are not promoted within the company. This is categorically untrue. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where advancement is based on performance, not gender or any other personal characteristic. Women are represented in leadership roles across multiple departments, and we have programs in place to support career progression and mentorship for all team members.
We also recognize that feedback around return-to-office policies is important. This is an area we continue to review and evolve with input from across the business to ensure we’re building a company that reflects both our values and the needs of our teams.
