Pros
Floor employees are kind and friendly. The pay was pretty decent. They have a strict overtime budget, so work weeks are usually consistent.
Cons
Most of the employees only speak Spanish, so it can be hard to communicate with others if you don't. The training can be incomplete and you might have to switch direction or methods at a moments notice. Most of upper management is more concerned with metrics than employees. Company ownership has been known to screw over or outright fire employees without reasonable cause, almost as if on a whim. Not just one or two either...
