For the most part, the production work force is a solid group of people. So much potential for improvement and business growth.
Cons
However, disillusioned senior management would rather bully them (production associates) vs. root cause solutions for improvement. "Don't let them lie to you" I would hear often. When the facts would show a completely different story. Terrible planning to meet customer expectations. Filthy work environment, would not suggest eating their products after seeing the environment they are made.
