Pros
The benefits are second to none, and the company is very flexible about vacation time and is willing to work around your responsibilities. Most of the people are competent and easy to work with, and HR does an excellent job of communicating information and problem solving. The senior executive team sounds like they know what they're doing and how to run an organization.
Cons
Management (especially middle and upper-middle) has problems embracing emerging or current technologies, at least in my experience, and the sales team seems to be nonexistent, especially for some of the older products. Salaries are only OK compared to industry averages (with employees hoping to get any raise at all per year), and there's virtually no way to move around in the organization.
