Our Territory Managers operate like they are running their own small business which may have some odd hours depending on installations, but ultimately our TMs set their own schedule and organized Territory Managers can plan around projects to ensure they get the time off they need. We do offer the uncapped commission plans that allow our Territory Managers to be paid well for the work they do. Thanks again for your time at Stonhard!
