Pros
You can make decent income (working night/day/holidays and weekends)....until upper management sees you are doing better than expected and pulls the rug out from under you.
Cons
A lot of lying and cheating going on especially with middle-management. Incredibly high amount of Duplicate paperwork... customers are always last and management then expects sales people to keep relationships even though major problems are due to outside hired help which changes daily and also corporate arrogance. One time great company now basically just trying to hit numbers and not worry about future with customers... most upper management is within a few years of retirement and receiving huge payouts and pensions so they couldn’t care less what’s going on to help daily or future relationships and growth. Warranties are smoking mirrors and have to be dealt with by salesforce and outside crews... disagree on your money being used and you can put on the cutting block Immediately. Tons of back door and shady deals which you have to live with or again...Chopping Block. Constant Union Issues and on-site visits and problems.
