Pros

The work is challenging, and gets you outside often. A lot of travel, mostly local, but you get to see many people in all walks of the industry.

Cons

For my division, only one installer, and he is set up for commercial only. Possible collusion, limited resources, management makes promises that are not remotely followed through on.
