1. False Promises 2. Manager and MD keeps telling project is coming but it never comes 3. Work - Life Balance is horrible 4. Looks like an HR Company now, majority of developers have been shifted to the support role with a 24 x 7 shift 5. Poor Work culture, especially for freshers 6. Here, the work-culture ethic is terrible, if they do not have any projects for you, they will make you do certifications... which they are also uncertain if the projects will come related to it.. 7. Salary structure is not appropriate 8. Company CEO said they wont bring random projects like big MNCs, but here we are now with random roles

The work was remote, and they are flexible with time slots

Professionalism: - Lied to my face about hardware - Hired me and let me go before I was even onboarded with the client (Discover Financial) - I even asked about this before hand and I was told I would be paid on the bench. This was a lie. Culture: - Very racist hiring team. I was the only white person in the company. Benefits: - They UHC, but it was 4hr drive to anything covered
