Pros

Pay wasn't too bad. They had bonuses. The company matched 401K contributions. They pay for a company vehicle, hotel stays, and meals out.

Cons

Work life balance is horrible. They run the employees into the ground and expect even more from them. Communication is lacking, especially when it comes to feedback on projects and reports. It makes it feel like there's no purpose to your job. Reroutes happen and the working climate can be unbearable.

Great pay. Nice people and great culture.

Lots of driving and travel locally. 1 or 2 nights of the week you're not home.

Pros

Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

Cons

A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
